Sunday Suppers with Lunchbox Love – Apple, Maple Pork Tenderloin

Nothing says Fall like Apple, Maple and Slow Cooker! I love to come home to an already-cooked meal and this is the way to do it! Check out more recipes at Food and whine are always at my dinner about you?

  • 500g pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed


  1. Place baby carrots and potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker, followed by the pork tenderloin, and then the apple slices.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and garlic.
  3. Pour over top of the contents of the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
