Ingredients
- 500g pork tenderloin
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Place baby carrots and potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker, followed by the pork tenderloin, and then the apple slices.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and garlic.
- Pour over top of the contents of the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
