- 1 C sunflower seeds, shelled and roasted
- 2 TBL olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Pulse the seeds in your food processor and and then add all the other ingredients. Pulse again and if you like a more spreadable consistency keep pouring the olive oil while the food processor runs until you reach your desired consistency.
Spread on Apples, sandwiches, crackers… Yummy!
