Whether it’s someone else who hurt or offended you, or if it’s you that’s done the hurting, choose someone to forgive. Feeling angry or resentful affects you and your friends & loved ones negatively. Learning to release those feelings and forgiving is the kindest thing you can do for you and the rest of the world. You’ll be surprised how much lighter you’ll feel once you release that weight.
