Day 24: Write down five things you like about yourself.

You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. ~Buddha

This may be one of the most difficult acts of the entire challenge but probably should have been the first. Until we are kind to ourselves, it is difficult to be truly kind to others. Think of five things that you like about yourself–about your personality, your body, your skills–whatever it is, write them down, and celebrate how amazing you are!
