Day 18: Let a person with only one or two items go in line before you at the grocery store.
Life be not so short but that there is always time for courtesy. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Have you ever gone to the grocery store to just pick up one or two things and then had to stand in line for 10 minutes because there was only one cashier open and there were three people in front of you buying enough food for a family of 10 lumberjacks? Remember how you felt? Well, here’s your chance to make sure someone else doesn’t have the same experience. Take notice of someone who only has a few items and let them go before you. You will absolutely see a look of relief on their face.
