On the heels of the Ohio shooting we are all pulling our children a little closer and hugging them a little tighter. Tragedies like these are unfortunate and remind us how improtant it is to stay connected to our kids. Keeping the lines of communication open, by talking, laughing, sending notes, spending time together is key to building a positive relationship with them. It is the key to letting them know they can feel safe telling you ANYTHING. It is the key to being in tune with their emotional state. Our heart goes out to the entire Chardon, Ohio community.
